Meet Our Team
Serving Northern Colorado
Although we are licensed to work anywhere in Colorado, we're not going to fool our clients into believing we specialize throughout the entire state. Both Crip and Deb live in Fort Collins, with Deb having lived for many years in Loveland as well. Northern Colorado is indeed our wheelhouse, and we spend the majority of our time listing and selling homes primarily in Larimer, Weld and Boulder county. Anything beyond those counties is typically referred to trusted colleagues who specialize in the areas of interest. We're happy to let you know if we aren't a good fit for your needs, as any good agent should. And if you are looking outside of CO there's a decent chance we have someone in our network that can help!
